I've always been a sucker for vertical compositions like this. Reason being, I feel that they can be difficult to successfully pull off. I must say though... this is lovely. The vertical trees in the background help bring our eyes down to the figure and give a good sense of atmosphere. The subtle hints of blue in this area also help move the eyes so that we don't get stuck on the figure's green hair.
The painterly approach is very nice...there seems to be a "wetness" to the overall piece. Again, this helps the atmosphere of the forest she is in. One of my favorite aspects of this, are the little dash marks throughout the figure and scene. It just adds that little bit of extra flair to everything. Anything else I say would just be nitpicking. Lovely work altogether!

As for constructive crit, I really have to struggle to find something to say. Perhaps a little definition on her other leg would help? Also, her tail. I honestly thought it was a tree branch with her hair on it.
